This is a video featuring some of relaxation and stretching of the muscles of the arms, in the same video included some biceps curls, I am aware that to grow muscularly I work harder in the gym, apart from having a balanced diet and well my routine, and that being consistent in my work every day you get new and better results which continue to share with all of you who support and follow me, and remember that sport is health which is reflected in the body, soul and mind.
